Heritage United Way focuses on programs and services that make a significant impact in people's lives. We build relationships with people who share our desire to make a real difference by supporting a caring network of programs and focusing on accountability.
By moving toward a Community Impact Model, we will work together with each community to develop strategies that yield lasting results in the areas of education, healthcare and housing. By focusing your dollars and our efforts specifically in these areas, we will impress the greatest impact and offer lasting benefits to the communities we serve.
We are proud to join efforts with experts in each community and, with that in mind, we have created Community Focus Councils. These councils will be responsible for interviewing, evaluating and recommending appropriate investments based on a program's measured, positive impact and leverageable outcomes to the communities.
We are excited about the prospects for this year's campaign. By focusing on the strategies and opportunities that matter - and never losing our connections to the individuals whose lives we can change - we will be successful.
