
Heritage United Way Partners with Target for Share-A-Tree Program

For the 19th consecutive year, Target Stores and United Way have partnered together
to brighten the holidays for families in need. From December 18-22, Target stores
across the country will donate approximately 3,400 decorated holiday trees to local
United Ways through the Target Share-a-Tree Program. The trees will be delivered
to families in need and various community partners, including shelters, community
centers and childcare programs. The trees have a total estimated value of $1.7 million.
Locally, Heritage United Way will work with Community Caregivers of Greater Derry,
VNA of Manchester and Southern New Hampshire and The Upper Room, as well as the
Bedford, Hooksett and Salem Target stores to distribute trees to to six families
this holiday season.
